Katefiani Villas - Perissa (Santorini)

Family-run and spotless apartment with location close enough to all the shops and restaurants and the beach, bus stop, supermarket and the bus station, everything was in order. Although the beds here were not very comfortable; we had a fine stay for our holidays. Personnel was excellent and very very helpful. It was in an unbeatable and excellent place.

There was no breakfast, sadly.

I had a blast staying at Katefiani Villas! The owner gave me a personal tour of the best spots in Santorini, like I'm his private guest. Oh, and did I mention the free shuttle and rental services? Perfect!

Who needs a central location or fancy amenities? Definitely not me!

It's family-run apartment so close to the sea, many restaurants/markets and the best beach on the island and the beach and the lively center of Perissa, loved it.

Had a really nice stay during the holidays, I would recomand. Booked this amazing and standard apartment for me and my wife, everything was perfect. The location was unbeatable, central. In addition, it was located just off the beach as well as the volcano;))

place was brilliant and near church of timios stavros. the staff were helpful people, i had a very pleasant stay for our last night on santorini after an island hopping trip. the setting was best possible. everything here was really good; will come back.

The location is fantastic, very close to a beautiful beach area, and offers great views of the mountain and Ancient Thera.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this place. The room was bright, spacious, and had a nice balcony. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach. The staff at Katefiani Villas were friendly and helpful, even offering free shuttle services to and from the airport.

The hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the menu.

Everything exceeded my expectations at this amazing place! The cleanliness was spot-on, the internet speed was lightning-fast, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, and the location was incredibly convenient. The host, Jacob, and his family were unbelievably friendly and always checked in to make sure I was having a great time. I absolutely adored this villa!

Great location, just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful Perissa Black Sand Beach. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The building had a really nice vibe and was well-kept. 🏖️

The apartment had excellent views of the mountains and the building was nice, with good and kind employees.

My stay at Katefiani Villas was exceptional. The free airport transfer provided by the owner made my arrival stress-free. The room was well-equipped with a small kitchen, allowing me to prepare meals. The location was perfect, just 200m from the black beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The value for money was excellent, especially with the pick-up and drop-off service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Perissa.
